With the arrival of the first major snowstorm of the season, trails in North Branch River Park are closed to riding until they can be groomed with the SnowDog and the snow has a chance to freeze up enough to support fat tires.
If you want to help us open up the trails sooner, put on some snowshoes or skis, get out there, and pack down the snow to make it easier for us to run the groomer! Onion River Outdoors also has several pairs of loaner snowshoes that can be used free-of-charge by volunteers willing to pre-groom the trails.
