Federal VMBA non-profit certification - 501(c)(3)
Document from feds approving VMBA's status as a non-profit organization. As a VMBA chapter, this applies to us also. Our Employer ID Number (Federal Tax ID) is 03-0356194. Organizations with 501(3)(c) status are exempt from paying Vermont Sales Tax.
IMBA's Trail Solutions book available to borrow
